Job Procedure definition:
1. Collect basic project details provided by the sales team (Quote + Specifications + draft questionnaire)
2.E-mail client to introduce Programmer & schedule kickoff & get draft questionnaire
3.Kick off call with client: Review specs (Screener Q’s & full Q’s, target & qualifying criteria, timeline, translations, programming and fieldwork time)
4.Enter full project details into Study Manager (Hummingbird) and Sample Plan required for the launch
5.Connect Service team or Sample team to start programming or setting pass back
6.Have the ability to do online programming for urgent project. And will responsible for the Quality control of programming
7.Launch Time: Make sure to get Client Approval (soft or full launch) , monitor fieldwork and client communication
8.Billing Reconciliation with client. Approve BR in HB. Invoice.
Qualification:
1.1-2+ years related work experience with proven ability to deal with clients/customers
2.Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing, Social Science, Computer science, Mathematics or related major
3.Must be a strong communicator/listener, strategic thinker and have the ability to manage projects independently
4.Thorough understanding of marketing research discipline and industry; strong theoretical and practical knowledge of research design a plus
5.Ability to develop and maintain productive business relationships
6.Competitive nature accompanied by strong teamwork ethic and passion for satisfying clients
7.Must have the ability to work in a fast-aced, dynamic and unstructured environment
8.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present to groups
9.Ability to manage multiple clients and projects under tight deadlines essential
10.Have excellent computer application ability and understanding ability for new software
11.Microsoft Office and Windows expertise
12.Knowledge of HTML and/or JavaScript preferred;
13.Market research experience a plus; |
