Profile:
-Bachelor Degree or above in marketing, social sciences (sociology,ethnology…), management Statistics or related majors;
-Having study/work abroad experience would be a plus
-Experience in fieldwork execution: more than 5 years experiences in ualitative marketing research and at least 3 years experiences as project manager
-Good command of both written and spoken English.
-Strong communicator and having ability to be independent in projects and team management.
-Team player; responsible.
-Comfortable with a dynamic environment: adaptation and flexibility for urgent situations, pressure…
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
-To be responsible of fieldwork (recruitment and quality control) in an international qualitative research agency: from the proposition of the screener to the control of recruitment cost and quality;
